Account and data

Delete your YumCount account.

Export anything you want to keep before deleting. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

  1. Open YumCount and open Settings from Home.
  2. Scroll to Delete everything.
  3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.
  4. Keep the app connected until it returns to the start screen.

The app confirms deletion of the server-side account, its app records and private meal photos before clearing this device’s data. If you see an error, your local data remains: check your connection and retry.

If you cannot use the app

Request help at support@yumcount.app. Explain whether you still have the installation associated with the account. YumCount uses anonymous identities; this version does not link an account to an email address. Ownership needs to be established before a request can delete an account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or meal photos.

Logout and subscriptions

Logging out clears this device but keeps synced records on the server. It is not account deletion. If you have a store subscription, deleting app data does not cancel it; manage it through Apple or Google.

See the privacy information for the data stored by the app and its processors.
